AEWV Employer Accreditation Application

Documentation for standard, high-volume and franchisee accreditation applications and renewals.

From NZD $550 excluding GST · one round of amendments included
About this service

What it is

Accreditation is the gate every other step runs through, and it must be renewed. The application asks an employer to evidence that the business is genuinely operating, financially sound, compliant with employment law, and able to meet its commitments to migrant workers. This pack assembles that evidence and writes the supporting declarations, for a first application or a renewal.

What the document contains

  • Business viability and trading evidence
  • Employment law compliance record and supporting policies
  • Commitments to migrant workers, including settlement information
  • Declarations and supporting statements
  • Renewal pack built from the previous accreditation and what has changed since

What the instructions require

  • Standard accreditation covers up to 5 migrant workers — INZ fee NZD $775
  • High-volume accreditation covers 6 or more — INZ fee NZD $1,280
  • Upgrade from standard to high-volume — INZ fee NZD $505
  • Initial accreditation runs 12 months before it must be renewed

Summarised from Immigration New Zealand instructions current at publication. Instructions change — confirm the current position before relying on any figure.

Indicative, based on what you have selected. We confirm it in writing before any work starts, and tell you first if your matter needs something outside this scope. Excludes GST and any Immigration New Zealand or Tribunal fees.

A PayPal payment link, a credit or debit card link, or a bank transfer invoice is sent within one business day of the quote being confirmed — whichever you prefer.

Submitting this form does not create an engagement. We reply with scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date, and work begins only once you confirm.

Who it is for

Who orders a AEWV Employer Accreditation Application

Employers hiring their first migrant, or renewing.

When it is needed

What usually prompts it

First time hiring a migrant, accreditation about to expire, or moving from standard to high-volume.

Typical turnaround: 10–12 working days standard, advertising period included

How it works

From enquiry to delivered document

The same four steps on every file, whether it is a $155 translation or a $2,900 investor submission.

  1. 1

    Send us the file

Complete the intake form on this page, or e-mail what you have. Upload the documents you already hold — we will tell you what is missing rather than guess.

  2. 2

We confirm scope and a fixed fee

Within one business day you get the scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date in writing. Nothing starts until you accept. The fee does not move afterwards.

  3. 3

    We write the document

Drafted from your evidence, to the standard the assessor works to, with every figure sourced and nothing asserted that the evidence does not support.

  4. 4

    One revision included

Tell us what needs to change and we revise once at no charge. Most files never need it, and it is there so you are never stuck with a document that does not fit.

Questions

What clients ask about this service

How many migrants can we hire?

Standard covers up to 5. High-volume is 6 or more. If you're near the line, apply for high-volume — upgrading later costs another $505 to INZ.

What does INZ charge?

$775 standard, $1,280 high-volume, $505 to upgrade. That's paid to INZ directly, separate from our fee.

How long does accreditation last?

Twelve months the first time, then it must be renewed. Diarise it — we can prepare the renewal.
