Immigration Business Plan

Tailored, compliant business plans supporting visa, investment and accreditation applications.

From NZD $1,550 excluding GST · one round of amendments included
About this service

What it is

Where an application needs a business plan read by an immigration assessor rather than an investor, the emphasis shifts: the plan must be internally consistent, evidenced, and written so that claims made elsewhere in the application are supported rather than contradicted. These plans are built for that reader.

What the document contains

  • Business model, market analysis and competitive position
  • Operational plan covering premises, staffing and supply
  • Financial forecasts with stated assumptions and sensitivities
  • Staffing plan showing how the roles in the application fit the business
  • Risk analysis and mitigation

What the instructions require

  • Written to suit the instrument the plan supports
  • Consistent with the financial and structural evidence elsewhere in the application

Summarised from Immigration New Zealand instructions current at publication. Instructions change — confirm the current position before relying on any figure.

Your quote
Immigration Business Plan$1,550
Total$1,550 NZD

Indicative, based on what you have selected. We confirm it in writing before any work starts, and tell you first if your matter needs something outside this scope. Excludes GST and any Immigration New Zealand or Tribunal fees.

A PayPal payment link, a credit or debit card link, or a bank transfer invoice is sent within one business day of the quote being confirmed — whichever you prefer.

Submitting this form does not create an engagement. We reply with scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date, and work begins only once you confirm.

How it works

From enquiry to delivered document

The same four steps on every file, whether it is a $155 translation or a $2,900 investor submission.

  1. 1

    Send us the file

Complete the intake form on this page, or e-mail what you have. Upload the documents you already hold — we will tell you what is missing rather than guess.

  2. 2

We confirm scope and a fixed fee

Within one business day you get the scope, a fixed fee and a delivery date in writing. Nothing starts until you accept. The fee does not move afterwards.

  3. 3

    We write the document

Drafted from your evidence, to the standard the assessor works to, with every figure sourced and nothing asserted that the evidence does not support.

  4. 4

    One revision included

Tell us what needs to change and we revise once at no charge. Most files never need it, and it is there so you are never stuck with a document that does not fit.

Questions

What clients ask about this service

How is this different from a normal business plan?

The reader. An assessor is checking that the plan is consistent with everything else in the application and that the claims are evidenced. A plan written to impress an investor often contradicts the file.

We already have a plan.

Send it. Sometimes it needs rewriting for the audience rather than starting again, and that's cheaper.
